One form of identification with your photograph will be required

Valid Driver’s License
Valid Non-Driver Photo ID
Valid Federal/State Government ID Card
U.S. Military Card or Draft Record
U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Card
Certificate of Citizenship (N-560, N-561, or N-645).
Certificate of Naturalization (N-550, N-570 or N-57
Public Assistance Photo ID Card
NYS Food Stamp Card with Photo
Medicaid Card with Photo

Proof of address will also be required

If your address on this document reflects the address on your account-opening application, it will satisfy the requirements for primary identification AND proof of address.

Small Business Account 

The following documents are required to open a Small Business Account

Authorized Signer(s): Primary ID and proof of address
Corporation: Tax ID Letter, Articles of Incorporation, and Bylaws

Limited Liability Company: Tax ID Letter, Articles of Organization, and Operating Agreement

Partnership: Tax ID and Partnership Agreement
Sole Proprietorship: DBA filing, if applicable
Unincorporated Association: Bylaws 
 

Our credit union’s CIP will require additional verification for individuals whose true identity cannot be verified using the standard verification methods.  New Covenant Dominion FCU will not open an account if it cannot verify a member’s identity.
