Our maintenance fee will be waived for seniors who sign up for direct deposit into their checking accounts.
Tech Tuesday: Once a month, time will be dedicated for assistance with online banking set up, navigating the mobile app, setting up bill pay, and other technical assistance needed.
*Members age 65 and up and in good standing will have the maintenance fee waived on their account when the member is signed up to receive Direct Deposit into their checking account. The account holder with the most referrals during the Credit Union Love Promotion, will receive a special gift and be recognized on our social media pages. Account holders need to tell the referral to tell us the referrers first and last name and the code Credit Union Love, to be considered for this promotion at the time of account opening.
Any account holder who comes in branch during this promotion time can volunteer to take a picture or video sharing their love for the credit union. This will be used for current and future promotional materials at the discretion of New Covenant Dominion Credit Union. What is the NCD Building Blocks Committee (NCD BBC)?
The Committee meets quarterly to discuss concerns of the community, credit union updates, collaborate, and brainstorm ideas that will strengthen and improve member organizations, the credit union, and the community. The goal is to join together to build up our city's blocks to enhance the lives of those who live and work in our community. Member Small Business accounts will have one person from their organization to represent for their immediate community.
What is the NCD Community Collective Forum (NCD CCF)?
Selected individuals on a volunteer basis, will serve as part of the committee for a 1 year term. Individuals are selected based on a number of factors to ensure a collective mix of participants to provide insight from a wide range of backgrounds. The commitment for this committee is 2-4 meetings during a one year period. The purpose is to receive feedback from the community as it concerns the Credit Union, its services and community issues or needs.
